Dispute Resolution Policy
This Policy governs how disputes arising from campaign submissions, payout decisions, and account actions on RegoLoop are handled. Our goal is fairness, transparency, and trust for every tasker and brand on the platform.

This Policy applies to disputes arising from:
- Campaign submission rejections a tasker believes are incorrect
- Payout delays or discrepancies
- Campaign requirements a tasker believes were misrepresented at the time of acceptance
- Brand complaints about submission quality or suspected fraud
- Account actions (suspension, wallet freeze) a user believes are unjustified
This Policy does not cover dissatisfaction with payout amounts, platform fees, or failure to read campaign requirements before accepting.
